Brambly

Popped out to do a wee bit of foraging - Mel needed a kilo of brambles to make bramble jelly. In the end we got 1.4 kilos, so some bramble mousse was added to the menu for dinner. Oh, we also found a good crab apple tree, and some rosehips. Good spot really (there are elderberries as well). Even had time to watch a hare absolutely... erm... haring across a field away from us, and mess about with dandelion clocks. And all on such a surprisingly warm and beautiful day.
