Another good day in a airly chilled weekend.

Long lie, followed by a leisurely breakfast then a trip into town to do more kitchen stuff then head to the spa. Afterwards Roz dropped me off up near George Square so I could head to Naqbools for some hard to find spices, flatbread and a mini cucumber. I stopped in at the City Cafe on the way down the road to grab a copy of Vice where I heard Nic had got a promotion. Congratulations again if you're reading this!

From there I headed for the bus where my lack of a blip was solved when I bumped into Marina, one of Maddy's old friends. Then it was home to cook. I'm doing falafels and home made Hummus from the Ottolenghi book. If the Falafel are as good as teh Hummus is it will be pretty amazing!
