Grande Dune de Pilat

The Great Dune of Pyla, on the French Atlantic coast just south of Arcachon, is the largest dune in Europe. It is currently 110 metres high and 2.7km in length. Currently, because it is constantly shifting as the wind adds and removes sand. This is the view from the northern peak towards the southern.
