On yer bike!

We woke to a beautiful morning, so what better way to spend the day than out the bike?

Mr A is looking for a new old motorbike; one from the year of his birth (1973) which I don't understand as he already has a classic 1972 model (me!).

We rode up to Carnforth to have a look at a bike that's being advertised on eBay. It needs a bit of work but I think Mr A is up to the challenge, if he wins the auction.

From there we rode in Kirby Lonsdale for bacon butties & coffee, followed by a hot vimto at Devils Bridge. There were so many bikers, it was like being in a beehive with the buzz of bikes coming & going in quick succession. I tried to take a panoramic photo to show just how many bikes/people there were there, but with all the activity it just didn't work!

We then took the scenic route home through the Trough of Bowland, admiring the views of our beautiful British countryside as we rode. Perfect :-)
