At home: Super Sam...x

The weekend started as we meant to go on. Sorting and clearing out. The chickens got the sort out, five cockerels marked out for removal, sale or dispatch. Sam prefers the latter because we both know that sale will mean the same end and the process of going to sale is quite distressing in any case. Sam had helped skin the cockerels before. He finds their anatomy fascinating.

We pulled out a old playhouse too. We used that as a chicken shed once. The. chickens used to open the windows themselves. A couple came up to buy it. I wondered about devaluation of this little plastic home, from over £100 to now £20. It's increased in value to us personally because we have found so many uses for it. The buyers said, "£15?" . "No way" I said, its going to become a log shed if you don't buy it. I love items that can evolve...... That's progress for you....

Meanwhile Sam was busy moving the trampoline. He's a strong boy. He climbed on the top throwing superman poses. How apt I thought.....x
