What an amazing day..
Where do I begin? Flew up to Deerfield and the New England countryside is soft and gentle. Fall is beginning and some of the trees looked as though they were about to burst into flames. The sun shone, we spent a wonderful day with R's grandson who is at school there. Walking around this wee town there is a feeling of sadness. There have been frontier wars with the new settlers and the Red Indians fought over the land. It's now an open air museum.
Flew home and I will catch up with you all in the morning!
