What balloons?

Time for a quick look around Vilnius old town this morning before catching a bus to Panevezys district, which is a couple of hours north of Vilnius. Spent the afternoon visiting a project on the European Bison, then a restoration project of a village centre and then an educational project at a nature reserve/park in advance of tomorrow's meetings. During our walk around the old town we went up the funicular to the castle on the small hill near the river so we could get the best view of the town. Luckily for me while we were up there some hot air balloons took off from beside the river and started floating towards us. As usual I took lots of photos, but I chose this one to blip due to the fact that the guy in the picture is oblivious of the balloons as he chats to the young woman beside him.
