Daring to be different

This is Soda, a bar in Alba. Alba is in the middle of the wine area noted for Barolo wines.

So it takes a brave person to open up a bar that doesn't serve wine but it does serve a great range of gin and other cocktail making spirits AND it's vegetarian. It's usually non-vegetarians that suggest that Italy is great for vegetarians. Whilst the food is great it is not very often that it comes without meat or fish.
