Spanning the Clyde

This is one of the newer pedestrian bridges spanning the River Clyde. This was the winning design in the Glasgow Bridge Competition and was completed in 2008 at a cost of £22m. I found it quite difficult to capture the full sweep and the curve of this iconic structure. Crossing the bridge is fine as long as the wind is not blowing too strongly!
