pile of puppies

What a walk today, I needed to go to the bank which for me is a 7 minute walk so I decided to take the puppies with me. They don't walk every day because they wear themselves out playing together. So off we go along the footpath behind the cattle market. Good sniffs despite the market not being open. The bank was exciting as there were three identical puppies staring back at mine in a shiny door, cue yapping until they realised...

They didn't like town traffic much so we cut through an alley down to the duck pond. Once they caught the scent of goose poo they scampered along at a good pace. No barking at the ducks this time. Very good sniffs here, feathers, crunchy leaves, adoring children, a doggie paradise indeed.

Walking home was a great adventure too as the grass verges were recently cut so there was grass clippings to chew and roll in. All in all my 20 minute mission took an hour and a half. This pile of puppies should be asleep a while :)
