Just endured an 8 hour train trip from hell thanks to our crappy privatised network whilst trying to get to Cardiff. Unbelievably one delay was due to someone turning up to work late. And course no one actually takes responsibility for this debacle. Thatcher would I'm sure be very proud. As long as shareholders are the priority, with customers and customer service a very poor second.
