Rugged coast

A fairly breezy day for a short stroll along the Fife Coastal Path from Elie. We had aimed to get to Anstruther for lunch but sadly we were so caught up in the photography that by lunchtime we had only reached Pittenweem. After a reviving plate of fish and chips we headed back in the sunshine.

The rock formations which were revealed as the tide went down were quite dramatic.
