Another day, another museum!
Today I helped out with Alex's class trip to the Yorkshire Museum. We had a lovely autumnal walk down by the river to get there. The leaves are all turning on the trees now and it was beautiful. The visit to the museum was good fun, we got to handle some egyptian artifacts, mummify dolls, make clay models and pull organs out of a dead body. Okay, it was a doll, and the organs were knitted, but it was brilliant! In the afternoon we got to have a good look round the rest of the museum.
This photo is of Alex sitting next to a model of a tudor battle ship he made there. We both had a great time and are now shattered!
