Baking

We're having a charity coffee morning at work in a couple of days, and we're inviting the people down from the offices upstairs to get to know them a bit after we've just moved in downstairs.

So I have volunteered to bake a cake, so after a quick phone call to my Mum to check quantities and timings I embarked on the creation process. The mixture left on the mixer and in the bowl tasted right, so I think I'm heading in the right direction with this. More to follow....
