walked to beyond the marina and practically collapsed on the beach just before the official nudist beach today.. I have a stinking cold and after walking six miles my head was pounding.. So I rested for half an hour in the beautiful sunshine and then walked back to Asda for the fabric conditioner I forgot on my wild shopathon on Saturday..
