Mondays are always dominated by work unless I'm on holiday.

I usually work late at the office but tonight I had to come home to be mum's taxi as the hubby was working until ten so the work had to come home with me.

I'm one of those lucky people who do a job they really enjoy (most of the time). Plus being self employed, you only get out what you put in.

Two big things to do tonight, both for my main client who is a major contractor for engineering services. The first was preparation for a risk and opportunity workshop for a proposal for a major project. I really pleased with the changes we've made to the quality of this workshop - no PowerPoint!

The second was to complete the draft training plan for a major business change programme. It's nearly there, I just hope I get the sanction to do what I can to do.

All in all that added to to a 9.45pm finish but at least I can go to bed knowing that I've done what I needed to.
