Reminder

When I saw this hose I thought some children had dropped their hula- hoops! Then I realised it was hose pipe! It did make me think I should go back to the gym. Had planned to go last Monday and then Wednesday and then Och I thought I'll go start of the week and here I am Monday again . Did I go ? Nah!
