HERBS: DDW Sept 30 challenge by Anniemay

A good herb nowadays is hard to find. I looked for nice fresh glistening produce, but it was all tucked into ugly plastic boxes and bags.

So here's this guy, I'm sure he has some basil and tarragon in his grocery sack. And besides, his name is probably Herb (with a haitch).
