Apple Processor - a step up on iOS7

Still ploughing through the mountain of apples. Never been processing them so late in the year. Here Susan is blanching a batch of apples ready for the freezer while to the right a big vat of apple chutney is simmering - and continued to simmer until 10.30pm.

The chutney required 1.5kg of peeled and cored apples - which is a lot of fruit so I volunteered to help despite being on crutches but had to retire from combat after only a few minutes having cut my thumb on a very sharp fruit knife. So I look a wreck, splint on knee, white bandage on thumb. What next?
