500, 5000vines - the end of an era

We pressed our last wine today. If we're very lucky we'll have made 500 bottles. Rather auspicious really.

In water one sees one's own face; but in wine one beholds the heart of another.

I hope all the wonderful friends who have helped us over the past 5 years will see our hearts in this wine. Just a couple of years to wait!
