Grand Union Canal

It is my first week of returning to full-time employment since 1999 and I was determined to squeeze in a run at lunchtime. Remembering pleasant towpath runs from Paddington I decided to find the nearest connection to the Grand Union Canal. It wasn't easy! I lost my way and doubled the time estimated to find it. But in the end I found it and ran just 5 minutes along it before turning back. This is the scene just before I turned back. I made less of a hash of it getting back but still found myself checking maps and missing turns. I am not sure if I can get used to this ...
