Morning Exercise

Before school while waiting for her lift Sophie did some skipping.
A day of school for the children.
Work for Mark and an appointment with a neurologist for Tracy - the good news is they discovered a brain, the bad news is it doesn't always work properly since the Meningitis.
This evening Jonathan and Sophie were tasked with putting themselves to bed while Mark had a meeting and Tracy Brownies.
