I hate these 8-legged beasties but had a major breakthrough last week. For the first time in my life I steeled myself to trap (a large) one under a glass, slide a piece of card underneath and deposit it outside. Hope it's not a homing spider :0

Appraisal time at work and did the deed on two of my team today. Always in the back of my mind is the appraisal episode from 'The Office'. Desperately trying not to channel David Brent!
