The wool Shop

One of the things I did today was go to the wool shop with my Mom. I think it has a real old fashioned feel and it always awakens in me the desire to 'create' something that somebody will wear (somebody else, not me) When the children were little I used to knit a lot of their jumpers, but I always made the necks too tight. I can remember trying to pull them off without hurting their ears. I don't think my children have particularly big heads, so the fault must have been with my knitting skills.
