There Once was an Ugly Duckling......

I caught the last of the afternoon sunshine on the river .
This swan family are nearly fully grown.
Ugly ducklings no more.
1st of October and still mild.
However, the leaves are rapidly turning
and I can hear the wind building outside this evening.
Autumn is rushing in.
Looks like tomorrow will be some beach shots,
if it stays dry
and I can make it before he light goes.
