Trusty summer friend......

This is my mower.

I bought him second hand a good few years ago and he hasn't missed a beat. I have him serviced annually which helps I guess, and whilst he looks like a bit of a rust bucket he continues to serve me well.

Today I hauled him out of the shed for the new season. It usually takes me 2 'empties' to mow my lawns but today. with all the spring growth and nothing having been touched for at least the past 4 months, it took 5!! Poor mower - he did have a few hiccups along the way when the grass was too long or a bit too wet in places, but after a break and a cool down he resumed his work and did a fine job.

His reward is his annual service and spruce up tomorrow :)
