Stone Shadows

I love these Flagstones! There, I've said it. Call me weird, you wouldn't be the first, but there's something about them that fires my imagination. Walking home through Charlotte Square I decided to photograph them and inadvertently realised I could include an indulgent selfie to add my shadow to the historical imprints the stones always suggest to me.

They're a bugger when it's icy mind you.
