Summit

Today Mount Snowdon was finally conquered. It's been sat there on the doorstep quietly trying to draw me in for years, but for some reason I've never got round to answering the call. It was kinda symbolic to reach the summit given the personal mountain I've been climbing over the last year. As with my own ascent I enjoyed every step, with moments of enjoyment, pain and reflection. No one ultimately knows their path through life as it's a winding and undulating journey with ups and down. I know now that I can climb any other mountains I chose to conquer and that gives a true sense of happiness and satisfaction.
