Stopped at Mitch's for a couple of pints of Harviestoun Bitter & Twisted on the way up the road the see a gig.

Great beer, football on the TV, I really miss it sometimes. Our local pub closed a couple of years ago, reopening as a bistro. It was a real local. Great beer, knowing at least 3/4 of the people by name. I met two or three of my best friends there, just started blethering. *sigh*

The gig was great, by the way; Edwyn Collins.
