Hello SAM

Singapore Art Museum (or SAM) is housed in the former St Joseph’s Institution (SJI), a Catholic boys’ school, run by La Salle Brothers. In 1855, the cornerstone was laid by its founder, Father Jean-Marie Beurel. After 135 years in Bras Basah Road, SJI was relocated and the conversion from school to art museum began. I love these outside galleries with their tiles and lanterns and the shutters and pillars :-)
Very nice to be back there and meeting with a friend !
I'm sorry that I'm not keeping up with comments at the moment, will try to catch up as soon as I can, but on a tight schedule meeting old friends :-)
