Why was I ok with this?

Happy 5th Birthday to my favorite little guy in the whole wide world. . . and bigger than that and bigger than that and. . . (in Alex's words).
From the early morning birthday wake up, to Cocoa "Pups" for breakfast, to visiting the goat with the trick at the pumpkin patch, to "Pillow" Pizza (homemade calzone) for dinner, man, did we have a fun day. 5 years ago you gave me the best job I could ever ask for and I'm so looking forward to everything you have in store for us in the coming year.

I'm so glad that turkey didn't peck your eyes out. Daddy was NOT impressed with the picture or my level of supervision.
