What a shame then that come sundown a bizarre war seems to break out between all those with tripods and professional photo gear and those who just want to take a quick snap with them or their friends in the arch. Surely there's time enough for both without all the shouting and catcalling that goes on and almost spoils what should be a beautiful experience.
