First Class

Cynhaliwn ni ein dosbarth cyntaf heno. Do'n ni ddim yn gwybod beth ddylen ni ddisgwyl. Ro'n ni'n hapus i groesawi pump o bobl sy eisiau gwybod mwy am fyfyrdod. Gofynnon nhw gwestiynau da ac roedd diddordeb gyda nhw yn yr ymarferion. Dyn ni'n edrych ymlaen at eu gweld nhw eto yr wythnos nesa

We held our first class tonight. We did not know what we should expect. We were happy to welcome five people who wanted to know more about meditation. They asked good questions and were interested in the practices. We're looking forward to seeing them again next week.
