Crunchy leaves

Decided to blip these ' crunchy' leaves that have blown in front of my front gate I had an urge to pick them up and throw them in the air.... Felt off colour today...feel I'm incubating something...stayed in all day then had to go out and get some bits, think it's because I'm not sleeping very well and haven't done for the past few weeks....it seems I can only sleep 3 to 4 hours a night at the most Has anybody got any advice for insomnia ? , it's driving me mad.
