Unusual food combos

In preparation for this month's Communal Knife event (in which we communally produce dinner), which has the theme of unusual food combinations, Lou and I spent today trialling desserts (the course for which we are responsible). I can't say exactly what is in these desserts as the ingredients must stay strictly secret.

Rob and Berry trialled them. They only guessed one of the three unfamiliar ingredients.
