An evening of fun!

We had planned to head out after morgan got home from work, to visit the Museum of Anthropology, but both of us just felt like staying home and playing with some paint! We had this idea that we would paint one image that spanned 2 small canvases (approx. 12" square each) then i'd take one of them home with me and she'd have the other here! Very cool idea and we had such a wonderful time together - i loved the collaboration between us as we tried to figure out what colour to put where! so this is the result!

Well, it's my last day and evening here with my wonderful daughter. i've had just the most wonderful time....spending time with her and Ace...he's a sweetheart. meeting his mother, hanging out with them both as they just do their lives! Walking in the rain....and it's raining again today....but as i said before...no matter the weather, we have been together.

i have a long night ahead....probably without much sleep...but then around 2.30 pm tomorrow, i'll see my lovely sweet man! i've missed him and our home....so will be happy to return home. but it's a very bittersweet feeling, i don't want to leave her - but i want to be in my own home! life is never dull and indeed it is very rich and i feel totally blessed to have had this opportunity to spend time with morgan.
