Good auld days

Went to visit an old Aunt today "haven't seen her for years" I took my trusted camera with me, armed with arsenal of charged batteries! suffice to say I took over 90 pictures,"not off the usual stuff eg landscapes or animals" but of all things- old photographs from way back then.

Set with super macro on camera I recorded my fathers childhood - to adulthood from the 30s to 50s.

These pictures are now on file on my pc along with the few that I already had of him & my grandparents etc.

I am now gathering pictures from every family souorce to make a kind of visual family tree for future generations.
