Remarkable service

I still cannot quite believe what happened today. This is our cooker, I love it but it had a small problem that was quite annoying. I rang the company on Monday and they booked in a repair for today. Sure enough at 11am an engineer arrived.
He had driven 408 miles to get here.
He left home at 5am.
He fixed the cooker.
He drove home.
This has to be the most remarkable service ever?!!
