The second wind

Apparently cornflowers have two blooming seasons? I've suddenly seen more than a few of these and I'm sure they completely died off a few months ago. I'm happy, they're one of my favourites!

Today has been one of those days where everyone seems to be extremely dopey. It's the weather I think! It's been very hot (for October) but also sort of overcast, though this afternoon was sunny. I know I've been badly affected, though I have managed to get some things done. Very weird atmosphere. The good news is that as of this afternoon my course materials are finally available after more than two days of problems!
