Seeds of Change

Day two of the Police Scotland "Critical Incident Management" course (see yesterday's blip for more). Another amazing day, full of insight, positive challenge and rich learning. What a privilege to have been able to contribute to this - I've been so impressed by the thoughtful leadership of everyone I have met - and am so grateful to them for letting me participate. I've also learned tons of new TLAs ;)
