I'm on day three of a five day detox, this is the day of fasting. Only home made juice allowed!
This is not normally my sort of thing but my take-away addicted city-dwelling daughter did it last week and was raving about how well she felt afterwards so I thought I'd give it a go. And so far so good, it's not hard at all. Though I do feel a bit light headed.
It was a good yoga session this morning. A friend visited and we nattered away the afternoon, and I had a lovely phone chat with an old friend from home this evening. Then the girl rang to make arrangements for her quick visit at the weekend.

Changeable weather, warm one minute, cool and blustery the next.
