Yellow-billed, Egret, (Ardea intermedia)

I walked early this morning, and was quite surprised at the different species you see on different times of the day.

Today was the first time I saw this beauty in our neighborhood. I thought the one in full flight was a beauty, but here are a few more shots of him/her, taking off into flight and even one of 'The Couple'!

When I walked again this afternoon, I shot (yes Turk, shot) - with the camera ;-) some other species as well, one of them being the Lesser striped Swallow (Hirundo abyssinica), also the first time I was lucky enough to see them. I published one photograph of them here as well if you are interested.
