Freedom Trail

Today we walked the Freedom Trail, or at least, most of it. It was a great way to get to see different areas of Boston, and with retracing our steps to get back to the hotel we must have walked several miles. Lunch was in the bar on the left which claims to be the oldest bar in America. Now, I'm sure my guide book said that honour went to the White Horse Tavern in Newport, Rhode Island. I'll be there next week so, purely in the interests of research, I will have to check out the claim.
