If I'd realised that today's journey home from work would be the 500th discrete distance-measurement* of the year I might have done something fancy for it.

*Weekends sometimes get bunged together under a single measurement for the entire day. Likewise most trips to and from shops in evenings. Home-commutes are usually tagged as single journeys even when broken up by shop-stops, though the occasional extra-long home-trip has had its last section tagged as an extra journey when a visit to the Porty premises has been involved, in order to try to not over-skew the difference between inward and outward commutes. Full analysis will be conducted at the end of the year.
