' REFLECTIONS OF, THEY WAY WE USED TO BE'
It's been a typical Stogumber day - wet. Everytime I went out the door I got wet. And not the heavy downpour but that horrible fine stuff that gets in everywhere.
So tonight you see reflections taken inside the conservatory. The pictures on the wall are part of a set from the Peter Heard West Somerset Life series. It's based on the topiary at Lytes Carey and Peter is very clever how he paints his trees, using an old toothbrush. I watched him once in his art studio, the Master at work. He made it look so easy. Check out his website, you wont be disappointed.
The day has been it's usual non stop, full speed ahead. And Mr A is rehearsing downstairs without me, so I have to fly, not quite like a butterfly, more like an albatross!!
Hope your day has been better than mine, which has been overcoming situations. Losing a friend probably, the truth is always a hard pill to swallow.
It's dark outside, time for sleep as I'm not a bat or an owl. I send my love to you all and hope you all receive what you most want to receive:)
