Good night out with my Mum tonight, at the Oakwood Cookery School near Elgin for an Italian cookery session.

Stuffed by the time we left after bruschetta, focaccia, tomato, bacon and chilli tagliatelle, and vanilla panna cotta.

I picked up some tips for next time I do homemade pasta, and have enough focaccia to take some in to work tomorrow.
