Rosehips

Probably the last hedgerow foraging trip today... rosehips to make rosehip syrup.
Up late chopping, boiling, infusing, straining, bottling.
Boys happy to see it made, they love it. Makes the effort worthwhile.
Lets hope it helps to keep those winter colds at bay...
