Waiting for Bill...

Well, we have been waiting for the grand entrance of Bill the Big Hurricane...well, what a disappointment here on Cape Breton Island... it was very wet and lots of wind here today, but nothing too dramatic, which is probably just as well! .... i spent a lot of time this morning sitting on the porch, listening to the rain pour down and the wind whip by....while having breakfast, reading a great book....and just sitting with the weather.

It was actually a very relaxing day here...got lots of reading done and some photography....had a good visit with some new friends of friends...

And we ended the day with a very lovely sunset.... i was torn between that and this image of the back porch....
