Flooding in Cambodia

This photo today from our colleagues in Cambodia, as they reach out to people left stranded or homeless by the flooding in Kandal Province.

The BBC are reporting that at least 30 people have died following two weeks of heavy rain; and more than 9,000 people have fled their homes.

IMPACT Cambodia are preparing to distribute survival packages to the most vulnerable families (those with children under-5 &/or a disabled member). We hope to assist 500 families with a tent, mosquito net & enough food to see them through the worst of the disaster.
