Autumn Walk

After spending the morning at the U3A digi camera club, we went for a walk, our usual road from Embleton to Wythop was closed for repairs so we took an alternative road and did a slightly different walk to our normal one in that area.
Walking through the sycamores and oaks was beautiful as the leaves were changing nicely.
I managed to get some interesting sprigs of oak leaves that had been blown off by the winds so they will go in my next flower arrangement.
We finished our day off with late lunch at the local Wellington farm cafe.
Ham and egg for me and the best chips I have tasted for a long time. (Not that we have chips that often).
Now for a sit in front of the fire with no evening meal to make. - Lovely.
